Delivery time and costs

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to dispatch orders placed on working days before 12:00 noon on the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is given on the product page. Should we not meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices listed do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:

€ 3.95 for orders under € 50
Free for orders from € 50

Delivery is made via the postman or parcel delivery service of UPS and DHL. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
